Lanzen Fabricating was founded in 1960 by Joe Lanzen (1914 - 2005) and moved to its current Roseville location in 1966. Joe’s son, Terry Lanzen, joined his dad in the 1970’s and has since assumed the role of owner/operator. In 1992, the Lanzen’s purchased the remaining assets of the insolvent Mancelona Metal Products and re-opened it as Lanzen Fabricating North, Inc.

The resources of either company can operate independently, or by integrating today’s technologies, those resources can be combined to act as a single manufacturing stream.

Pioneering ideas like this, in conjunction with innovative engineering, program management and a modern mix of production equipment and systems, has led to Lanzen’s long term growth and success.
As a supplier to the US Military, Lanzen has produced thousands of different Defense related components and assemblies.

And as defense contractors we maintain strict compliance to our ISO9001:2008 certification as well as many of our customers' own quality standards.
